An enterprise website and the custom systems behind it
Website redesign plus custom investor relations, careers, and subsidiary-map systems for a fiber infrastructure leader, maintained since 2022.

Recognizing the critical role they play in shaping the connectivity landscape, Dycom Industries approached Orpheus for a website transformation.
Behind the redesigned site, Orpheus built and maintains the custom systems that keep it current: investor relations content fed by live market and filing data, careers pages synchronized with Dycom’s SAP job feed, and an interactive map of Dycom’s subsidiaries and locations.
One public company, many audiences
Dycom Industries is a publicly traded fiber infrastructure company that operates through a family of subsidiary companies. Its website has to work for investors, job seekers, customers, and the public at once.
That means more than a brand refresh. Market data, SEC filings, and press releases have to stay current. Job openings across the subsidiaries come and go. And visitors need a way to understand which Dycom company works where. Orpheus delivered the redesign and the custom systems behind each of those needs.
A clearer story for the people connecting America
The clean, sophisticated design showcases Dycom Industries’ story, highlighting their role in shaping the future of fiber infrastructure with a cohesive and visually compelling presentation. Orpheus designed and developed the new site, including the homepage, About, and What We Do experiences, and has maintained it since.

Investor content that kept itself current
Orpheus built a custom investor relations plugin that pulled live data from a third-party investor relations data service, so the stock quote, historical price lookup, SEC filings, press releases, and events updated without manual publishing.
Filings could be filtered by form type and year and paged through, press releases filtered and read in full or downloaded as generated PDFs, and events split into upcoming and past webcasts with calendar links. Quarterly and annual results, presentations, transcripts, and proxy materials were managed in WordPress as a structured report library.
Built to stay up
Requests to the data service used timeouts, retries, short-term caching, and a circuit breaker, so the investor pages could cope with a slow or unavailable upstream service.
Careers sites for the subsidiaries, synchronized with SAP
Dycom’s subsidiaries recruit under their own brands. Orpheus built a careers plugin that generates a complete set of careers pages for a subsidiary’s site, covering careers, opportunities, benefits, life at the company, and jobs. It offers three designs on two WordPress themes, with every section editable in the admin.
Job listings stay in sync with Dycom’s SAP SuccessFactors job feed. Each site pulls the openings for its own brand every hour, adds new jobs, and unpublishes jobs that leave the feed. Search and Apply hand candidates straight to the matching SAP job pages, and a recruiting chat assistant is available on the careers pages.

An interactive map of Dycom’s companies and locations
Orpheus built a custom map plugin for the Dycom site. Subsidiaries and their locations are managed in WordPress, and locations can be imported from a spreadsheet with addresses geocoded automatically. A REST API feeds a React map of the United States.
Visitors can browse the list of companies or select pins on the map. Hovering a location shows the companies based there, and choosing a company filters the map to its locations and opens a panel with its address, phone, website, and careers links.
